Human Resources Generalist
The opportunity
Within a HR team of 6 people, you will be the Business Partner of the sales team. Within this framework, your missions will be based on the following axes:
- Recruitment: sourcing, writing advertisements, selection of CVs, interviews, employment contracts.
- Onboarding: preparing and managing the integration of new employees.
- Daily follow-up of the teams and support of the managers.
- Management of variable pay in conjunction with the finance team.
- Participation in cross-functional HR projects: continuous improvement, school relations, one-off projects, etc.
You are:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the HR function with a strong focus on recruitment.
- In this context, you are also comfortable with sourcing and headhunting.
- In order to accompany us in our international growth, you also have a good level of professional English.
- Curious and adaptable, you like to evolve in a dynamic and agile environment. You are also creative, enthusiastic, organized and rigorous.
