How do I get started?

You can try Klaxoon by signing up for free. It will allow you to try out the different activities included into Klaxoon visual collaboration platform and help you decide between the different plans. To unlock the full features of Klaxoon, you'll need to upgrade to Starter plan on the website or Enterprise plan via Klaxoon sales team. Check out our different plans to choose the best fit for you.

Which Plan is right for me?

We will introduce our different plans and see with you what is the most appropriate one depending on your needs over the number of licenses, the audience you want to reach, features & support. But if you can't wait to get started, sign up on the website and start using Klaxoon in a few minutes.

Do I need to put everyone in my plan?

Klaxoon licensing covers all Klaxoon users, and charge accordingly to their rights (2-fee model). Klaxoon plans includes Pro users who have the ability to create & run unlimited activities and their Audience, that collaborates with them by sending ideas, answering questions & commenting. In an nutshell : access to Klaxoon as a participant is free and Pro users are charged for their Pro rights and their audience.

Do you have discounts for schools, classrooms, or non-profits organizations?

Klaxoon provides specific offers for non-profit organizations and education. Please get in touch with our sales team to see which plan works best for you.

How will I be invoiced ? What forms of payment do you accept?

Klaxoon plans are paid on an annual or monthly basis (limited to the Starter plan). Payment is upfront for the term of the contract. You can end your subscription at any time. Amounts already paid will not be refunded, unless legally required.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Klaxoon accept Mastercard and Visa payments for the Starter plan (with self-service invoicing), wireless transfers for Enterprise plans (custom invoicing according to Terms of Sales & Specific Terms).

Plus, all online payments on our website are connected to secure authorization servers. The data provided is validated to avoid fraud and is encrypted (SSL protocol).

Can Klaxoon be integrated with my existing tools?

Klaxoon offers a wide range of native integrations such as leading videoconferencing, cloud storage services or a bidirectional integration with Jira for project management. Klaxoon's add-on is available for MS Teams & Google Workspace. Klaxoon also provides APIs to integrate Klaxoon further into your ecosystem, whether you're an IT professional or not (via Zapier app).
