As a Sales Development Representative Apprentice (SDR), your role will be to support the Account Executives by qualifying leads and making appointments.

⭐ Your missions

1- Manage inbound leads: 

🚀 Prioritize leads generated by marketing in accordance with the strategy of Klaxoon

🚀 Contact leads and targeted contacts, and qualify customer requirements

🚀 Convert leads into business opportunities 

🚀 Setting up discovery appointments for the Account Executives 

2- Generate qualified opportunities (outbound)

🚀Carry out market research to define your targets

🚀Prospect through different channels (telephone, social selling, e-mailing, etc.) 

🚀Propose and participate in the co-construction of the strategy for winning new customers.

🎯 Your profile

We are looking for our future apprentice who is preparing a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Negotiation or Sales and you have an interest in new technologies.

You are curious to discover a dynamic hunt for new customers, you like to be on the phone with prospects and convince them.

You want to drive the development of collaborative working and support your prospects' digital transformation.

You share team spirit and you want to actively participate in the life of the company.

Klaxoon is an international company, being comfortable in English is a plus to collaborate in this environment.
