IT Network Administrator
The opportunity
💡 The position
As an IT network administrator, your role will be to ensure the maintenance of a high-quality IT network within Klaxoon. You'll be an integral part of the Connect team (11 people) and working in a duo in the IT team.

- 🚀Administer corporate IS tools
- 🚀 Support users : N1/N2/N3
- 🚀 Participate in defining the IT roadmap
- 🚀 Respond to IT incidents
- 🚀 Make the connection with the platform’s ops
- 🚀 Optimize and improve existing tools and quality of service
- 🚀 Participate in the selection, testing and integration of corporate IT tools
- 🚀 Implement a supervision method
- 🚀Participate in the employee's IT logistics: equipment provision, inventory, maintenance, etc.

🎯 Your profile
The profile we're looking for is someone who is supportive, attentive and autonomous. You're adaptable and a team player. You have a degree in computer science and ideally have at least 2 years experience in a similar position. You are familiar with networks and infrastructures (Palo Alto, VPN, certificates, routing, etc.). Klaxoon is an international company, and fluency in English is important for working in this environment (supplier relations and international collaborators).
