The opportunity

💡The position  

The Customer Success team contributes to a unique experience for our customers. As part of a strong team, you will be the preferred contact for clients and will build a long-term relationship of trust with them.

Your missions

🚀 Manage your customer portfolio accounts with a development objective

  • Manage your customer portfolio based on existing performance indicators and implement action plans if necessary
  • Set up regular follow-up meetings with sponsors and principals
  • Be co-responsible for contract renewal within your portfolio
  • Detect additional sales opportunities among your customers, in conjunction with the sales team

🚀 Support and retain the customers in your portfolio

  • Develop quality customer relationships, from onboarding to contract renewal
  • Support your customers by inspiring them on uses adapted to their contexts and challenges
  • Develop and lead a community of Klaxoon key users
  • Occasionally lead online workshops with clients (onboarding, webinar, etc.)
  • Formalize uses with a view to sharing within the community

🎯 Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person, with experience in customer relations. Experience in key account management in the SaaS world is a plus.

You have good adaptation skills, empathy and you like working in a team.

You want to participate in the development of collaborative tools in organizations and support your clients in changing working practices.

As Klaxoon is an international company, you are comfortable in English to collaborate in this environment.
