Customer Success Manager France (F/H/X)
The opportunity
The Customer Success team contributes to a unique experience for our customers. Based ideally in Rennes or Paris, as part of a strong team, you will be the preferred contact for clients and will build a long-term relationship of trust with them.
You will be responsible for:
Account management
- To ensure the success of your client portfolio, validated by the account performance indicators
- Set up regular follow-up meetings with sponsors and principals
- Be co-responsible for the renewal of contracts within your portfolio
Customer support
- Develop a quality client relationship from onboarding to contract renewal
- Supporting your customers in the development of their day-to-day use, taking into account their context and challenges
- Leading the Klaxoon user community
- Coaching key users and sponsors
- Leading discovery sessions and providing occasional support for processing incoming requests to customer support
Building loyalty
- Develop a community of Klaxoon key users and champions on the portfolio accounts
- Identify and formalise replicable uses and success stories
- Implement effective action plans to develop revenue.
- Detect the needs and commercial opportunities of your customers, in conjunction with the sales team.
You are:
You are a natural leader and are known for your desire to satisfy customers, your natural empathy, your proactivity and your boundless energy! You have more than 2 years experience in customer relations. Knowledge of key account management is a plus as well as knowledge of the SaaS world. Team spirit is essential for you and you have a strong interest in new forms of collaboration. You are fluent or bilingual in English, a second foreign language is a plus!
