Apprentice Customer Care Officer
The opportunity
💡 The position
The Customer Success team helps provide a unique experience for our customers. As a Customer Care Officer Apprentice, you respond to our customers' requests to facilitate their use of the platform.
⭐ Your missions
- 🚀Manage level 1 of customer requests (functional and technical support) via several communication channels: live chat, emails and incoming calls
- 🚀 Ensure accurate follow-up of escalations to levels 2 and 3 requiring escalation with the manager and/or R&D
- 🚀Take advantage of each contact to help our users understand Klaxoon features and develop daily use of the platform
- 🚀Share appropriate inspirational content with our users
- 🚀Participate in enriching the FAQ accessible by all users
This position will allow you to become an expert on the klaxoon platform by having in-depth knowledge of the functionalities and uses.
You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
🎯 Your profile
We are looking for our future apprentice in customer satisfaction.
Pedagogue and solution-oriented, you know how to adapt to different communication channels in order to best support our clients. You are comfortable speaking and writing. You are naturally curious and demonstrate adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
Klaxoon is an international company, you are comfortable in English to collaborate in this environment.
