The opportunity
💡 The position
As a HR Officer Apprentice, you will be attached to a multidisciplinary HR team (recruitment, training, personnel administration, CSR, etc.). Your role will consist of supporting and assisting the team on projects as well as on daily HR activity.
⭐Your missions
🚀 Recruitment & Onboarding: write and publish Job advertisements, source and manage pre-selections (selection of CVs and telephone interviews), prepare the integration of recruited people.
🚀 Training: participate in identifying training needs, search for training, register employees with training organizations, ensure administrative monitoring and consolidation of training data.
🚀 CSR: participate in the implementation and animation of Klaxoon’s CSR projects.
🎯 Your profile
You are preparing a Bachelor or Master's degree in HR with a CSR component in apprenticeship. You would like to evolve in a dynamic work environment focused on new modes of collaboration.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, curious person, with natural empathy and ideally having initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in HR or CSR. You know how to adapt and you are keen to work as a team.
Klaxoon is an international company and speaking English is a plus to facilitate interactions with all teams.
