With the de Bono's Six Thinking Hats Template, explore and develop your project as a team using different perspectives focus on each of the following in turn: facts, values, risks, feelings, creativity...As a team, manage the modes of thinking you use to expand how you thinking about the subject. This method was created by Edward de Bono, who created it to explore topics from different perspectives. Together, participants put on "a hat" to use a certain mode of thinking. Widely used in group creativity workshops, the Six Thinking Hats method can be useful for redefining a problem, seeking alternatives, making decisions, or to create new ideas or concepts.

The Six Thinking Hats method changes the way you see things, opens up opportunities  and encourages creativity

As a team, take turns wearing the same "hat", think outside the box and boost creativity. At the end of the brainstorming session with this Template, you have been through all the possibilities and can move forward with a better understanding of the different perspectives that influence your project. Experienced users of the Six Thinking Hats construct different sequences of hats to address different types of situations.

The Six Thinking Hats method is easy to implement on Board, both in-person and remotely.
