From standalone tools to an integrated solution 

When Wrike first acquired Klaxoon earlier this year, the platforms both existed as separate tools. We’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring the two products together for maximum results in a single, seamless integration. 

As of today, you can power up your Wrike experience with Klaxoon, and immediately begin converting Klaxoon ideas to Wrike tasks or items, pulling Wrike items onto Klaxoon boards, and accessing Klaxoon from Wrike.

Klaxoon is now part of the Wrike product family, bringing the power of visual collaboration to Wrike’s intelligent work management platform. When you pair Klaxoon with Wrike’s platform, it’s like unlocking superpowers for team productivity. How to access Wrike from Klaxoon, and vice versa

It’s so simple to create ideas and collaborate with others now that Klaxoon and Wrike are fully integrated.

 Here is how to turn Klaxoon ideas into Wrike items: 

• In Klaxoon, select the ideas (sticky notes) that you would like to convert to Wrike items.
• Select the option to convert to Wrike. 
• Specify the location (space or folder) where you would like to convert these items.
• Select the type (task or custom item) you want to convert the ideas.

Turning Wrike tasks into Klaxoon ideas is easy, too: 

• Open Klaxoon and head over to the Insert menu.
• Select Wrike as the Import source.
• Select the relevant space/project folder/item type.
• Import these items to the board.
• These imported Klaxoon ideas (sticky notes) will be continuously synced with your Wrike items. 

In the final installment of our Klaxoon and Wrike integration, you can now access a Klaxoon canvas directly from Wrike. That means you can attach any existing board or create a new one for your items in Wrike with just a few clicks!

Here is what to do: 

• Open any item in Wrike where you would like to attach the Klaxoon board.
• Select “Add files.”
• Select “Klaxoon whiteboard.”
• Choose the board you want to attach to the Wrike item or create a new board.

If you go back to Wrike, you’ll be able to see the Klaxoon board attached to the item you chose, so you can easily access that board again via Wrike.  

It’s that simple! And when you update items in Wrike, they will automatically update in your Klaxoon board, and vice versa. It’s like visual collaboration and work management magic! And because we like easy access, if you go to Files view of a project you will be able to see all your Klaxoon boards as well!
