Our environmental commitments and actions
Each year, we carry out a comprehensive carbon assessment, covering energy consumption, equipment, waste management, and more. We’ve set internal targets to reduce our carbon footprint, and an energy conservation plan is shared with all teams to promote best practices.
We also regularly organize workshops to raise awareness about environmental issues and encourage more sustainable commuting. Public transport, cycling, and carpooling are all supported through a sustainable mobility allowance.
A respectful and inclusive work environment
We place health, safety, and quality of life at work at the heart of our priorities, with office spaces designed accordingly and equipped with ergonomic furniture. Klaxoon is also committed to diversity and inclusion, partnering with local French associations supporting the integration of people with disabilities, and running dedicated awareness programs.
In 2024, our score of 87/100 on the French Gender Equality Index (down from 98/100 in 2023, due to a weighted average pay gap in favor of women) reflects our continued commitment to workplace equity.
Committed partners by our side
Throughout the year, the KSP relies on its partners to raise awareness and inform employees through on-site sessions, masterclasses, events, and collections. These initiatives strengthen collective commitment to our values.
We also collaborate with local associations to promote inclusion and education through projects focused on youth empowerment. We support interns and apprentices, welcoming young talents to help them discover our professions and ease their transition into the workforce and the tech industry.
