Department manager at the Regional Department for Youth, Sports, and Social Cohesion
Julien is a project manager at SIILAB, a laboratory for regional innovation in solidarity and the social economy, which is part of the DRJSCS. He is in charge of a team of 15 agents who needed to continue to work and pursue the department’s objectives remotely. For this, Julien added a remote team management Brainstorm to the agents' Network. Thanks to Brainstorm, the team can stay in touch, move its projects forward, and collaborate efficiently, even remotely!
Synchronizing and collaborating efficiently with Brainstorm
In order to monitor key events, share important documents and meeting reports, monitor the progress made by each individual on their tasks, and create a shared agenda or facilitate a weekly meeting, Julien and his team working from home use the Brainstorm as a shared digital workspace. The whole team has access to the Brainstorm and can add to it easily whenever they want. Everyone can see what needs to be done and what has been completed, and talk about their needs or barriers. This way, Julien can continue to manage the team, even remotely.
