Add comments on your Boards

This summer, Board will introduce a brand new feature: the ability to add comments in a visual and interactive way!

For example, some ideas shared during a brainstorming session may raise questions from the team or need to be explored further. However, we don't always have time to review all ideas verbally, so this feature will allow for maximum transparency and alignment asynchronously.

For even more fluid and intuitive interactions, you will be able to mention your colleagues directly in the comment thread and respond in real time to shared comments.

Alongside Board, the Question tool will also be updated to benefit from these developments.

Many other developments are available to boost your creative possibilities and efficiency, in addition to comments in Board.

6 new background colors for your Boards

Nothing is just black or white. Now, you can customize your Boards even further with six new background colors:

• Light gray
• Green (Sage)
• Blue (Frost)
• Beige (Almond)
• Pink (Pearl)
• Purple (Lilac)

Simplified management of your Zones

Since they were added to your Boards, the Zones have become an excellent tool for teams to better sequence and organize their collaboration space. And now, they are even easier to use!

Simply right-click on a Zone to open a menu which allows you to:

• Hide or reveal one or more Zones with a single click;
• Create a new Zone;
• Duplicate a Zone;
• Delete a Zone;
• Set a Zone as the starting point;
• Start a slideshow.

Greater precision in shape creation

Effective visual collaboration is more essential than ever to generate high-quality interactions and better team performance.

We have therefore upgraded our shape creation tool in Board to better meet your specific needs:

• You can now adjust the transparency of all shapes you create on your Boards.
• You can also adjust the thickness of the outlines on your Boards.

This way, you highlight certain ideas while creating discreet backgrounds that let your content breathe. Combine this feature with Board's new background colors for even better results!

Create tables in your Boards in just a few clicks

Now, you can also use tables in your Boards for the first time (currently available in Beta).

To organize your actions, assign roles, or review a project, you can create an unlimited number of tables in your workspace and customize the number of rows and columns as well as the background color. There is no better way to structure your ideas even more visually!
