New integration features: Simplify collaboration in your Microsoft workspace with Klaxoon

Collaboration between your teams is now even smoother and more intuitive thanks to the enhanced integration between Klaxoon’s collaboration platform and Microsoft tools. You can now centralize your Klaxoon activities directly in your Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365 applications. Thanks to the power of Copilot's artificial intelligence, you can even retrieve any activity in seconds.
With Klaxoon integration, access your activities directly from Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365
Klaxoon and its long-time partner Microsoft continue to strengthen their interoperability, with the constant aim of improving your collaboration and the productivity of your teams.
While Klaxoon’s collaboration platform already integrates seamlessly with your Teams conversations, team channels and meetings, it now becomes an application accessible directly from your Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365 workspace.
Add the Klaxoon application to your Microsoft navigation bar, so you can use it with Teams, Outlook or Microsoft 365.
As a result, all your Klaxoon activities are centralized in your Microsoft workspace, so you can quickly access them whenever you need to. From now on you can:
- Open all your Klaxoon activities in Microsoft Teams. For example, ask your team to join a brainstorming session or a project retrospective using the dedicated Klaxoon templates, or run your team rituals directly from your meetings in Teams. Thus, improve your organization over time by keeping your activity accessible from your Microsoft Teams workspace.
For example, ask your team for quick feedback by opening a Klaxoon Quiz in your Teams meeting.
- View your Klaxoon activities in Outlook. Now, after checking your emails, simply switch to your Boards to update them!
You can also create a new Klaxoon activity directly from your Outlook workspace.
- In the same way, access your Klaxoon activities from your Microsoft 365 workspace. For example, from your Microsoft 365 home page, you can launch a Quiz after sharing a report in Word format, or send a Memo with just a few clicks.
Find your Klaxoon resources faster with Copilot
What's more, if you have a Copilot license for Microsoft 365, you can now take advantage of the integration between Klaxoon and the AI capabilities of Microsoft Copilot.
This will allow you to easily find your Klaxoon activities or find template ideas for a meeting or workshop, again without leaving your Microsoft workspace.
