How can you ensure that your interactive activities and training sessions reflect your company’s identity while still giving you the freedom to facilitate them your own way?
With Klaxoon, you can now customize the look and feel of your Missions and Adventures and maintain control over the flow of specific activities using Host control, all without creating a Session.
These two new features share the same goal: to help you create collaborative experiences that are more cohesive, more engaging, and easier to facilitate.
Personalize your next Missions et Adventures
A training session, an onboarding session, or an internal communication is an opportunity to bring your company’s identity to life. And now you can infuse your Klaxoon Missions and Adventures with it, thanks to our new custom theme!
Until now, our gamified experiences offered a choice between a basic, neutral theme or a selection of immersive themes: Safari, Space Voyage, Regatta, Grand Prix… A new Custom theme has been added to this range of options, allowing you to make these resources your own and adapt them to your brand guidelines.
When creating your Mission or Adventure, you can now select this new theme from the drop-down menu. You can then set:
- The background color of the activity, which will be displayed if no image is used
- The background image, if desired
- The color of the gamified pathway
- Your brand or company logo in PNG format (recommended)
Format recommendations for your files are available in the creation menu to ensure optimal display.
As you make changes, a real-time preview shows the mini-map of your activity. This allows you to adjust the various elements and check how they look before presenting the activity to your participants.
A consistent visual identity from start to finish
Customizing your Missions and Adventures isn’t limited to the introduction screen. The chosen theme also remains visible to participants and facilitators throughout the activity, on the leaderboard and final score screens. This way, your visual identity accompanies participants throughout their collaborative experience.
Moreover, if you want to reuse your activity with another group, you don’t have to start from scratch. The colors, logo, and background image are preserved when you duplicate an activity or use it as a template. This saves you valuable preparation time for your upcoming meetings, training, and team-building sessions.
Please note that the custom theme in Missions and Adventures is enabled for users with a Starter or Enterprise subscription.
Stay in control of the pace of your activities
A successful interactive workshop doesn’t depend solely on its content. Pacing also plays a crucial role: taking the time to explain a question, letting participants think, or waiting until everyone is ready before moving on can make all the difference.
To help you tailor the flow of your activities to your audience, you can now activate Host control for Quiz, Survey, and Adventure activities. This allows you to share them at your own pace and in real time, just like you would in a Session.
Move on to the next question or step with a single click, and adapt to any unexpected twists and turns during the live session.
Whether you’re organizing a training session, an interactive presentation, or a one-time activity, this feature gives you more freedom to choose how you want to engage your participants, while enhancing their learning path and time management.
Facilitator control is available to users starting with the Free plan.
