With Klaxoon, Richard reinvents the customer experience of the V&B stores.
Richard Zuber is the Chief Digital Officer within the Marketing Communication team of the V&B cellar and bar network. His mission is to work on the digitalization of the brand. He uses Klaxoon to run remote workshops with a multi-skilled team: store, purchasing management, product design, marketing communication and store communication. With Klaxoon, the team defines personas and rethinks the customer journey. And the result is that everyone participates and the collaboration is very efficient.
