At Saint-Gobain, Farah manages and prioritizes efficiently her change management projects with Brainstorm
As part of a vast digital transformation plan, Saint-Gobain is carrying out 80 strategic projects in parallel. To oversee the change management process and facilitate the executive committee meetings, Farah uses the Klaxoon Brainstorm. Every month, the 17 members of the executive committee meet to do a state of play of the progress and to prioritize the various projects if necessary. With Klaxoon, the duration of these meetings is maximized and the prioritization of the 80 sites is more efficient.
With nearly 80 transformation projects under way, it is not possible to carry them all out at once. They have therefore been prioritized during this executive committee meeting, according to the difficulty of implementation and the added value of each one.
