Stage Customer Success Manager (F/H/X)
The opportunity
The Customer Success team contributes to a unique experience for our customers. As part of a strong team, you will be the main contact for customers and you will build a long-term relationship of trust with them. You will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new users
- Ensuring support and advice in the development of their daily use, taking into account their context and challenges
- Processing customer requests (answering questions and finding solutions)
- Maintaining a close relationship with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and to identify business development opportunities
- Sharing use cases and great stories from our customers within the Klaxoon community.
You are:
You are known for your desire to satisfy customers, your natural empathy, and your energy. Team spirit is essential for you and you have an interest in new forms of collaboration. You are organized, educational, solution-oriented and you demonstrate curiosity, reactivity and proactivity in order to bring our clients into "the Future of Work". You are preparing a Bac +3 to +5 and are looking for an internship starting in April/May for a period of 6 months. French is your mothertongu and you have a good command of professional English.
