It’s an exciting time to join us! We’re looking for a confident and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our UK/Nordics team. As an SDR you’ll be joining the Lead Gen team, playing a huge role in growing our business in the UK territory. You’ll be managing inbound leads generated by our marketing team, as well as generating your own qualified outbound opportunities. 

What you’ll get up to…

  • Use your people skills to build strong relationships with your clients
  • Prioritise and qualify leads based on our internal sales criteria
  • Listen to client needs and confidently pitch our solutions
  • Become our expert and monitor market changes to target the right companies, personas and business sectors in line with strategy
  • Get stuck into multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) that get our message out there.
  • Use your keen eye for detail to create strong and engaging proposals
  • Feed back your findings to the Lead Gen team to optimise our campaign strategy
  • Ensure that our Account Executives diaries are always full!

  • 1.5+  years experience in a similar role
  • A keen listener with an ear for detail
  • An outgoing personality with great communication skills
  • Amazingly organised with an eye for detail
  • Determined and goal oriented mindset
  • A love of learning
  • Additional languages are a bonus!
