Head of Acquisition - Traffic Manager
The opportunity
In order to support its growth, Klaxoon is looking for a Head of Acquisition.
Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for the entire Traffic Manager activity, helping to increase visibility and the acquisition of quality traffic in order to generate appointments for the sales team and then opportunities.
You have at least 3 years' significant experience in B2B e-commerce, in lead acquisition and conversion. You have a thorough understanding of the acquisition funnel and the tools and methods involved in lead generation/lead nurturing via inbound, outbound and account-based marketing (ABM), as well as their tracking, analysis and optimization. You would like to work in a human-sized company with an international presence and a strong growth dynamic.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Optimize traffic acquisition tools (SEO/SEA/SMA) to attract qualified traffic, maximize sales and recruit new leads and customers
- Define and execute acquisition strategies by market segmentation
- Define, execute and optimize campaigns to acquire qualified leads through various paid digital channels
- Increase the website's visibility on the main search engines using SEO techniques, in collaboration with the product and content marketing teams
- Optimize the budget and manage the purchase of online advertising space to boost brand awareness and SEO (Social Ads, emailing, AdWords), while applying a test-and-learn approach
- Analyze site traffic and positioning, make recommendations and measure actions taken to optimize traffic
- Use data to make suggestions to marketing teams, in particular content and product marketing teams
- Draft, deploy and communicate campaign and action tracking plans
- Define and monitor ROI for different channels by segment (qualified visits, leads, opportunities, sales, CLTV, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
- Technological and strategic monitoring of the martech stack (technological developments, user behavior)
- Identify, benchmark and manage external service providers (agencies, etc.)
You are:
Profile:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' successful experience in an equivalent position. Knowledge of BtoB SaaS and Enterprise Sales would be a plus.
- As an expert in webanalytics, you will be able to master all the levers of digital marketing to optimize the various audience acquisition strategies and the customer journey. You know how to manage Adwords and/or Social ads campaigns (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Linkedin Ads).
- Mastery of technical and content management issues related to SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Results-oriented, you know how to use data to define, communicate and implement improvement levers
- Passionate about the tech and digital ecosystem, you have in-depth knowledge of online media and the social web, tracking platforms and data analysis tools.
- Fluent English essential
- You know how to combine strategy and execution for both short-term and long-term results
- Autonomous, organized and a self-starter, you are a team player appreciated by your colleagues in the marketing, sales and product teams thanks to your collaborative spirit.
