Stage Digital Customer Marketing Officer
Within the Customer Experience team and in close collaboration with the marketing and communication teams, the objective of this internship is to support the actions of the CSMs and create automatisms to boost the adoption of the solution. As such, you will be responsible for :
- Setting up digital campaigns
- Creation of automatisms to promote the adoption of the Klaxoon platform by our users
- In conjunction with the marketing team, create marketing materials dedicated to customers and analyze customer feedback
- Writing web articles detailing new Klaxoon features (release notes).

- You are preparing a Bac +3 to +5 and are looking for an internship from August/September 2023 for a period of 6 months. You master a professional English.
