DevOps Engineer
The opportunity
💡 You'll be part of the R&D team, made up of 70 people (developers, data, devops, qa, product owner, engineering manager). We work as a features team, divided into 3 main functional areas in order to :
- Enable efficient collaborative working via our Board tool (whiteboarding and visual management), with a strong focus on performance, fluidity and ease of adoption.
- Create a space for strong participation during meetings and workshops, whatever the location of participants (synchronous, asynchronous, hybrid).
- Facilitate the integration of our tool into companies' information systems (SSO, SCIM, OKTA, Teams, etc.) and via public APIs (https://developers.klaxoon.com/).
Two cross-functional teams bring their business expertise to bear on the design and delivery of the features team:
- The 'DataSecOps' team, whose objective is to build a secure and resilient infrastructure, in continuous deployment, with a high level of availability, systematizing continuous improvement and the use of data for a detailed analysis of usage.
- The UXDesign team, a team of UX - UI experts whose aim is to build fluid, efficient ergonomics with elegant design.
🤝 What your day-to-day will look like
Our mantra : simplicity and quality of the tools we deploy for developers : high performance, resilience and security of the infrastructures and solutions we design to satisfy our end-users.
We plan tasks collectively over a two-week period, in line with the priorities of the quarterly technical roadmap.
We remain attentive and at the service of our developers and QA coworkers, for their good experience of using the tools we manage; we accompany them and bring our expertise to the construction of new features.
Being part of R&D also means being part of the DevOps team. Every Tuesday morning, it's "Culture!" where all the DevOps get together to exchange best practices and tech news. It's also a good time to organize a coding dojo.

⭐ Your missions
- You participate in defining platforms and guarantee their scalability and security.
- You automate deployments and updates, as well as the installation of new platforms in SaaS or On-Prem mode.
- You contribute to and improve our Air Gap offer.
- You support and advise the development teams, the Data team and maintain close relations with the security team.
- You will be involved in resolving production incidents, and apply a rigorous approach to their analysis, with a view to continuous improvement.
