The opportunity

As part of its strong development, Klaxoon is looking for a versatile and creative marketing content writer (EN, FR) who will be key to enable Klaxoon brand awareness on all B2B Enterprise touch points : blog, website, ads, whitepaper, co-marketing, lead magnets, events, emails, podcasts, case studies, etc…

Your language expertise, customer-first approach will ensure our clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders understand our differentiated value proposition through engaging audience-based storytelling.  

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support and execute Klaxoon content strategy.
  • Research and create audience-based content that our prospects, clients and users can relate to.
  • Drive brand consistency across all company communications and participate in revisions of brand tone of voice and editorial guidelines.
  • Edit and proofread all copy before it goes live across all company functions: website, marketing materials, press releases, infographics, emails, sales decks, etc.
  • Work with company partners and clients to create and deliver co-marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with all marketing teams to create compelling content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

You are:

What you bring : 

  • 3-5 years B2B copywriting or journalism experience.
  • Fluent and/or native English and French language skills required.
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis to develop high-quality content.
  • Experience writing copy for Executive - level decision makers.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Approach content writing with an SEO perspective - being able to perform basic keyword research and optimize a piece of content following SEO best practices.
  • Creative story teller, tailored to different channel outputs.  
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once; excels at project management.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or German language is a plus, but not required.
