Customer Success Manager

Location: Boston, Massachussetts, USA - Contract: CDI

Position & Missions

Be the immediate go-to person for your clients and build a strong trusting relationship within a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

- Set up the solution : from the delivery of the product to the mastering of all the features.
- Manage customer's requests (functional and technical support).
- Make sure your clients receive appropriate advice and support whenever needed.
- Track KPIs and make sure that the CQD is respected (Cost/ Quality/Delay).
- Build and obtain customer loyalty and a grow your portfolio.
- Ensure that the solution is easy to use.

Profile

Empathetic, solution-oriented, dynamic and stress-resistant personality. Ability to forge strong connections with sophisticated clients, to synthesize and to take initiative.
You are attracted by new technologies and education. You are self-organized, meticulous, and curious.
English [fluency] and a strong command of a second language would be advantageous.
