Our Pre-sales team is looking for new talent to join the team to help us grow ! The Pre-sales is part of the sales team and refers to our chief sales officer.

What would be your role as a Pre-sales @Klaxoon?

Your primary focus will be working closely with the sales team, the Customer sucess team and other members of the PreSales team to address the technical needs of potential customers and help to close new business from sales leads:
- Provide vertical expertise, product expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop the adoption of klaxoon solutions within strategic accounts, expanding usage across departments within their markets.
- Assist our clients on security/cloud issues in conjunction with our in-house legal/security experts

In this role, you will serve as a counsellor and advisor to customers and a technical support to the Account Managers, providing business knowledge, advice and guidance throughout the sales cycle. This role is vital in enabling Klaxoon's customers to realize the maximum value and benefit from our solutions.

You'll be very commercially focused and will understand how to transfer the feature set of the platform into commercial value for the client.

Profile

What are we looking for?
You have a mix of development and sales skills? You are solutions oriented and comfortable interacting with all levels of organizations and who enjoy building business relationships both internally and externally? Great, we are looking for someone able to convince and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed:
- 5 + years' experience from presales, solution specialist, or equivalent customer facing role in software or related industry.
- Knowledge of software vendor licensing rules and terms
- Proven track record of successful customer engagement on enterprise and C-level.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to adapt your message depending on audience's technical level.
- Experience in Complex sales
- Working knowledge with software license management tools is a plus
- English and Spanish spoken required.
