As we keep growing on the International market, we are now looking for our Head Of Sales to drive sales International development (excluding AMERICAs).
What will be your role?
This is a team leader and data-driven role that requires commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze the sales department performance.
You will work closely with the analytics department to process relevant data and information, and with the senior sales management team for strategic tasks, such as the development of plans, strategies, structure, budget, vision, and goals setting for the department.
Our future Head of Sales International will have for main missions to:
-Lead the sales department for international customers (Europe, MEA & APAC),
-Run and keep building our International Sales team of 6-8 people (BDR, KAM, GAM),
-Oversee activities of the junior & senior professionals, and monitor the whole team performance,
-Develop sales targets for the department, look after growth opportunities, enable sales improvements, product mix development, and overtake responsibilities,
-Define and communicate the business's KPIs & targets to sales people on a regular basis, analyse patterns and market behaviors,
-Define data-driven action strategies in order to constantly optimize the business's commercial performance.
What are we looking for ?
A proven deal-maker, with strong management skills and sales leadership experience in hyper-growth Enterprise SaaS companies. A key skill will also be the ability to adapt to different markets (country, verticals). To sum it up we are looking for a multi-skilled person.
What you'll need to succeed:
Strong understanding of Europe, MEA & APAC B2B SaaS markets, proven ability to work with Marketing and Customer Success teams to seize the market opportunity,
Experience running a complex multi-level & multi-cultural),
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills,
Strong market analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills and people management skills,
Highly collaborative spirit to work closely with different teams (CSM, R&D Marketing, Finance).
