Position & Missions
Within the Customer Success team, you are the first contact for day-to-day questions from our end users.
- Manage customer's requests (functional support on the platform by live chat, emails or incoming calls),
- Make sure clients receive appropriate advice, support and satisfaction whenever needed,
- Troubleshoot, interact and follow up with the Level 2 support.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer supporting role. You are an empathetic, solution-oriented, dynamic problem solver. You take pride in helping people overcome challenges.
You enjoy a team dynamic and are agile in your approach to the workplace. You must be able to handle change and enjoy being a part of a team that will help grow the US market.
