We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales team in the US. We want someone who is eager to commit and help Klaxoon grow in the US.

Your role, as the first contact for our prospects (future customers ranging from established Fortune 500 brands to emerging startups) will be to provide a great first impression, qualifying leads, and feeding insights gleaned from your conversations back to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to and qualify inbound leads
Nurture and assist inbound prospects who have shown interest in Klaxoon
Feed insights gained from conversations with prospects back to the rest of the sales team
Execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
Provide feedback to the entire Klaxoon team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offering.
Contribute to team meetings with appropriate content, views and suggestions.
Use creativity to showcase best practices to the rest of the team.
Lead by example, with accuracy and hands-on mentality.

Profile

Requirements:
2 years minimum of work experience in sales role, preferably in SaaS
You are detail-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
You are eager to learn, collaborate and grow
You have a clear and concise spoken and written communication style
You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
Team player - nimble and intelligent- able and willing to close deals.
Ability to work in a startup mode: dynamic, fast growing, international.
Self-motivated, proactive and innovative style
You have a post-secondary degree
