Position & Missions
The Customer Success Team plays a major part in offering a unique experience for our clients.
Within a dynamic Customer Success team, you will be the dedicated contact for your clients and you will build lasting relationships with them.
- Onboard new users.
- Coach the clients and give key advice to help them use Klaxoon daily.
- Manage customer's requests (functional and technical support).
- Track KPIs and make sure that the CQD is respected (Cost/Quality/Delay).
- Work closely with Sales Team to build customer loyalty and grow your portfolio.
- Share use cases and client success witth the Klaxoon community.
Showcasing great interpersonal qualities, your are known to always be striving for client satisfaction with empathy and energy.
Team spirit is essential and you are always looking to discover new ways of collaborating. You are self-organized, meticulous, and curious.
You are also well organised, solution-oriented and ready to introduce clients to the Future of Work !
Fluent English and a second language are required.
