The french minister for the digital sector adopts Klaxoon to collaborate more efficiently.
I do not attend pointless meetings
During his recent visit to the French Klaxoon Campus on October 2nd, 2017, Mounir Mahjoubi had a long discussion with Matthieu Beucher, Klaxoon’s CEO. The french Minister of State for the Digital Sector was seduced by the young company and its "solutions to make meetings productive for any business", before adding that he was interested in using these solutions in his cabinet. Two weeks later, it was a done deal. The Klaxoon ecosystem was installed in a few minutes. The Minister’s staff can now work faster and more efficiently on numerous projects. No more unwieldy, cluttered post-it notes and paperboard; the meeting room in this 18th-century decor now hosts a MeetingBoard (a large touch screen and a Klaxoon Box). Now the Secretary’s brainstorms, works in progress, and other meetings are carried out with digital flexibility, clarity and quality. Mounir Mahjoubi explains: "Klaxoon is a solution that perfectly meets our needs for interactions within the Cabinet. With more than a hundred projects to pilot, we need tools to quickly visualize and organize actions. Encouraging collaborative work by deploying innovative tools is also one of my missions, and I hope that it will inspire an even deeper transformation of the collaborative methods in other ministerial cabinets."
