He launched a Board to plan the attendance of his teams in the Technical Division offices which are on 5 floors in Tours. Each floor has its Board! Jean-Denis recreates the working space maps for each day. With teams either working remotely or at the office, the 150 collaborators go on their position according to the targeted days by simply sharing their names on an idea. Managers have access to the Board to control and regulate, if needed, the working spaces. Thanks to the visual management, Jean-Denis can also organize remotely the attendances in the Bordeaux, Limoges and Nantes offices.
